These "Payment Terms" govern our commercial transactions with you, including your purchase of any Paid Service (as defined below). A "Paid Service" refers to any service for which a fee is charged. These Payment Terms form a binding contract between you and AnyCoord Corporation or its affiliates from which you purchase the Paid Service (referred to collectively as a "Commercial Transaction"). By purchasing a Paid Service, you agree to these Payment Terms. Please refer to the section titled "Who Am I Contracting With?" for details on contracting parties. If you do not agree to these Payment Terms, do not proceed with the Commercial Transaction.
You agree to receive all communications, agreements, and notices related to AnyCoord products or services ("Communications") electronically, including by email, text, in-app notifications, or postings on the AnyCoord website. All communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These Payment Terms may be updated periodically. Review them before finalizing any Commercial Transaction.
Part 1. Payment of Fees & Taxes
By electing to purchase a Paid Service from us or a third-party reseller and entering a payment method, you agree to the following:
1. You will pay for the Paid Service by the due date.
2. The payment information provided is accurate and true.
3. You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. We have permission to retain your payment information and method.
5. We or our reseller may charge you for the Paid Service using the stored payment method on the due date.
Your obligations include payment of any applicable taxes, delivery charges, and credit card chargeback fees, as well as reasonable collection costs if you fail to pay on time.
Payments for Paid Services are to be made in the currency specified by AnyCoord (or any reseller or payment processor). You assume all risks related to currency value changes. Prices are VAT-inclusive and may include other applicable charges. You are responsible for paying any uncharged taxes or fees. The receipt provided reflects VAT based on your location.
Our prices do not cover third-party fees, such as those charged by your Internet provider or wireless carrier. You are responsible for selecting and paying for these services.
Part 2. Changes in Fees
We may adjust the price of any Paid Service and introduce new fees or charges due to business or legal changes. You will receive advance notice of changes to recurring subscription fees. Any fee increase will not take effect until the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise in our notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect. See "Cancellation" below for details.
Part 3. Continuous Membership Subscription Service
• Mobile App (iOS, Android): Monthly, annual, and lifetime memberships are available.
• Windows/Mac: Monthly and annual memberships are available.
AnyCoord may adjust membership services based on user needs and may add or delete services. You will be informed of any upgrades or changes, which will not affect your current benefits.
Part 4: Activation Code/Coupon Code
AnyCoord may occasionally offer, either directly or through third parties, activation codes or coupons that provide access to a specified Paid Service for a limited time (individually, an "Activation Code/Coupon Code" and collectively, "Activation Codes/Coupon Codes"). We refer to the subscription obtained with these codes as a "Promotional Subscription," and the duration as the "Promotional Period." Activation Codes/Coupon Codes may come with an expiration date ("Expiration Date"), after which they become void. AnyCoord is not obligated to accept expired or invalid codes. These codes have no cash value, are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by AnyCoord, and AnyCoord has no obligation to compensate for any unused or invalid codes.
To redeem a Promotional Subscription, you must be a registered Account Holder of the AnyCoord Service and follow the redemption process, meeting any eligibility requirements set by AnyCoord. At the end of the Promotional Period, continued use of the Paid Service will require payment of the then-current charges.
If you are already subscribed to a Paid Service and receive an Activation Code/Coupon Code, you may still use it if you meet the eligibility criteria. However, there may be restrictions depending on your current payment method that prevent immediate use of the Promotional Subscription. In such cases, you have the following options: (1) transfer the code to someone else (if transferable); (2) create a new AnyCoord Service account and use the code with that account; or (3) wait until your current subscription expires and your account reverts to AnyCoord Free before redeeming the code, ensuring it hasn’t expired. In some cases, we may pause your current subscription to allow immediate use of the Promotional Subscription. After the Promotional Period ends, your Paid Service subscription will resume, and your payment method will be charged as previously agreed, unless canceled. See "Cancellation" below for details on how to cancel a Paid Service subscription.
Unless you have explicit permission from AnyCoord, you are not allowed to sell, distribute, or transfer Activation Codes/Coupon Codes. AnyCoord reserves the right to invalidate improperly issued or distributed codes without providing compensation. If a third party provides you with a code (e.g., through a third-party promotion), AnyCoord is not responsible for any third-party product or service, nor for any claims or offers made by the third party. AnyCoord has no obligation to compensate you or modify the Promotional Subscription or requirements if the third party acted improperly.
Part 5: Changes to Payment Methods and Account Information
You are responsible for ensuring that your account information, including your email address and all payment details (such as address, debit or credit card number, and expiration date), is accurate and up to date. If you are not the Account Holder but have control over the payment method for a Paid Service account and wish to make any changes, you must notify us by contacting the Support Center and provide sufficient proof of your control over the payment method.
If your credit card expires, becomes invalid, or if changes are made to your billing account too close to the billing date for any Paid Service subscription (so that we are unable to act on the changes before billing), we may still charge the current fees to the card we have on file. The continuation of your Paid Service subscription signifies your authorization for us to do so, and you remain responsible for any unpaid amounts and any charges incurred by you or us due to billing an invalid card.
Part 6: Costs of Collection; Credit Card Chargebacks
In addition to the listed fees for a Paid Service, you agree to cover any reasonable costs we incur to collect unpaid or overdue amounts, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other related costs. Delinquent payments will accrue interest at a rate of 1% per month or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower, from the payment due date until fully paid. If you purchase a Paid Service subscription with a credit card and later request your credit card issuer to reverse the payment, AnyCoord may be charged a fee that could be significantly higher than the initial payment amount. Therefore, to allow you to pay minor fees using a credit card, you agree that we reserve the right to suspend your ability to add additional content to your AnyCoord service account until you reimburse us for the fee charged by the card issuer.
Part 7: Who Am I Contracting With?
When you purchase a Paid Service from AnyCoord, you are entering into a contract with one of AnyCoord's affiliated companies, determined by your geographical location. These provisions regarding contracting parties and governing law apply to our contracts for the AnyCoord Service, as well as when you acquire or redeem an Activation Code/Coupon Code. If you choose to pay a third-party reseller or payment processing firm for any Paid Service, your payment contract will be with that third party. However, this third party is not authorized to offer you any contract terms or assurances that affect AnyCoord’s obligations in delivering the Paid Service. Our obligations to you are governed solely by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and these Payment Terms.
Part 8: Dispute Resolution
The interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. If any disputes arise from this agreement, both parties shall strive to resolve them through amicable negotiation. If such negotiations fail, you agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be final and binding on all parties involved. If the arbitral tribunal determines that any provision or part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions or parts will remain fully effective. If you believe that our processing of personal information harms your legitimate rights and interests, you may also choose to report it to the relevant government authorities.
Part 9. AnyCoord Refund Policy
As a professional software provider, AnyCoord prides itself on maintaining a dedicated after-sales service team committed to addressing and fulfilling each user's needs. For any legitimate order disputes, customers are encouraged to contact the AnyCoord Support Team at any time. We strive to respond within 24 hours to resolve your issues promptly.
AnyCoord places a high value on customer satisfaction and endeavors to ensure a pleasant experience with our products and services. All AnyCoord software is available in a free trial version, allowing customers to test the software before making a purchase decision. These trial versions offer limited features to help customers evaluate whether the software meets their requirements.
Due to this 'try before you buy' policy, AnyCoord offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee for all products. Refunds will be approved within this guarantee only under the conditions outlined below. No refunds will be issued beyond the specified guarantee period for the purchased product.
Accepted Circumstances
AnyCoord provides a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. Orders cannot be canceled after this period. Please note that this guarantee is not an unconditional refund guarantee. Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
Refund Request Caused by Purchasing
1. If the wrong product is purchased by mistake and the correct product is subsequently purchased from our company, we will refund the incorrect purchase upon request.
2. If the same product is purchased twice simultaneously without an intention to exchange for another product, we will refund one of the purchases.
Refund Request Caused by Registration Information Issues
1. If the customer does not receive the registration code within 24 hours of purchase and has not received a response from the AnyCoord Support Team within 48 hours of contacting us, we will refund the order upon request.
2. If incorrect registration information is provided, preventing the customer from performing important conversions, and the customer no longer needs the software, we will issue a refund upon confirmation of these circumstances.
Refund Request Caused by Product Issues
If the purchased software has technical problems and no solution is provided within 30 days, AnyCoord will issue a refund if the customer chooses not to wait for further updates or solutions.
Refund Note:
As our product is virtual software, we cannot retrieve the registration code once issued. Additionally, we cannot verify whether the registration code has been used. Therefore, if a refund is insisted upon, we will deduct 20% of the purchase price as a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
Circumstances of No Refund
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Refund Requests Due to Purchase Issues
1. AnyCoord uses third-party payment platforms and cannot monitor authorization during payment. If there is suspicion of credit card fraud or unauthorized payment, please contact the card issuer immediately. Once an order is processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. However, AnyCoord will exchange the purchased product for the one the customer prefers.
2. If the wrong product is purchased from our website and the correct product is then purchased from another company, we will not issue a refund.
3. If the wrong product is purchased due to a lack of understanding of the software functions, we will not issue a refund. However, if the customer contacts AnyCoord within 48 hours of purchase, we can exchange the product for the correct one, provided the price difference does not exceed $20. If the correct product is of a lower price, we will not refund the price difference.
4. Refund requests due to price changes or promotional campaigns will not be accepted.
5. Refund requests based on a 'change of mind' will not be accepted.
Refund Requests Due to Registration Information Issues
1. If the registration fails due to customer error and the registration information is valid, we will not issue a refund.
2. If technical issues arise and the customer refuses to cooperate with the AnyCoord Support Team by providing necessary details or trying the proposed solutions, a refund request will not be accepted.
Refund Requests Due to Product Issues
1. If the customer wishes to convert protected files from iTunes or other sources and our product cannot perform this function, we will not issue a refund, as this limitation is clearly stated on our website.
2. If the customer does not read the product description or try the product before purchase and subsequently finds that it does not meet their needs, we will not issue a refund.
3. If the customer purchases a product incompatible with their operating system (e.g., a Mac user purchasing Windows software), we will offer to exchange the product if a compatible version is available. If no compatible version exists, we will not issue a refund.
4. If the customer purchases the wrong product from an affiliate website or the product does not meet their needs due to inaccurate descriptions on the affiliate website, we will not issue a refund. The customer should contact the affiliate for resolution.
5. If technical problems arise after a software update and the order is beyond the guarantee period, AnyCoord will not issue a refund.
Refund Requests Made Long After Purchase
AnyCoord offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. Refunds cannot be issued for purchases exceeding this guarantee period.

Attachment 1: Auto-Renewal Subscription
AnyCoord accepts various forms of payment for Paid Services, including debit and credit cards, as well as other methods like PayPal transfers (each, an "Accepted Payment Method"). The available payment methods may differ by country or service and are subject to change. When you make a purchase using an Accepted Payment Method, the fees will be billed on or near the date of purchase. If you subscribe to a Paid Service with automatic renewals, such as monthly or annually, you agree that we may charge your Accepted Payment Method at each renewal interval (monthly, annually, etc.) on or near the calendar day corresponding to your initial subscription date. Please refer to the "Cancellation" section below for details on how to cancel your subscription.
By subscribing, you also agree that we may retain and share your payment information with financial institutions and payment processing firms to process your purchase. Additionally, we may use the email address you provided to send notices and disclosures related to renewals and recurring charges. If your Paid Service subscription began on a day not included in a subsequent month (e.g., started on January 30, but there is no February 30), AnyCoord will process your payment on or near the last day of the month.

Cancellation of a Paid Service Subscription
You can cancel a Paid Service at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and our Refund Policy will apply, except as outlined below for Paid Service upgrades.
If you’ve purchased any AnyCoord Paid Service on our website, and wish to cancel your subscription, please contact the Support Center to cancel auto-renewal.
For upgrades to a more expensive level of Paid Service, and if your current service was purchased directly from AnyCoord (not from a reseller or payment processor), please contact the Support Center. If you purchased from a reseller or payment processor, you may need to contact them directly for cancellation, as AnyCoord may not have the ability to process it for you.
If you are the authorized legal representative for a deceased or legally incapacitated individual, or a dissolved legal entity, and wish to cancel a current Paid Service subscription, you must contact the Support Center. You will need to provide sufficient proof of your legal authority and the necessary details of the payment method used for the Paid Service.
AnyCoord reserves the right to cancel your Paid Service subscription if you fail to pay the applicable fees and taxes on time. Failure to pay includes situations where AnyCoord does not receive the payment, whether due to issues with your credit card issuer, payer bank, or a third-party reseller or payment processor. We may choose not to cancel the subscription immediately, allowing you time to make the payment, but you will still be responsible for the fees during this period. In cases of non-payment, we may also suspend your access to the service or downgrade your privileges to a non-paid version. We will make an effort to notify you promptly if we do not receive a payment, but we are not obligated to do so.
In the event of a conflict, the English language version shall prevail.
Attachment 2: Promotion Description
This promotion description is an attachment to the "AnyCoord Payment Terms." In the event of any conflict between this description and the "AnyCoord Payment Terms," the terms in this description will take precedence.
By opting for AnyCoord’s automatic renewal service during the promotional period, you agree to the following:
1. At the conclusion of your initial payment cycle, your account will be automatically charged for the next cycle, and this process will repeat for all subsequent cycles.
2. If you receive additional membership time during the promotional period, that time will be activated only after your automatic renewal service ends and your current membership has expired.
