Dear customers, thank you for your trust in AnyCoord. Our software requires a corresponding account to be registered before use. Here, we would like to make the following explanations on product account-related issues. You need to read this agreement carefully before purchasing to avoid disputes in the future;

Part 1. Account Registration

Our company provides two main ways to log in: email account login and third-party login. When you log in for the first time using one of these methods, it means that you have registered the corresponding account with our company in the same way. At the same time, we will generate an account ID that is exclusive to you. It will be used as a unique identifier when you need to change devices, switch systems, etc.

Part 2. Device Activation and Binding Instructions

1. Our VIP membership is divided into Windows and Mac systems, and membership of the two systems is not universal.

2. After purchase, you will be prompted whether to activate and bind or not. If you click Activate & Bind, then the VIP account will be bound to this computer.

3. If you have bought a 1-PC license, you can only enjoy VIP benefits on the bound computer. If it's a multi-PC license, you can enjoy VIP benefits on multiple computers.

4. When your computer is damaged or you want to transfer the VIP account to another computer, you need to contact our support to switch the VIP fromthe bond computer to a new one.

5. The validity period of the product will be superimposed if the same account ID purchases the same package twice or more, but the number of computers for use will not be increased therewith.

6. The number of devices will be superimposed when the same account ID purchases different packages.

7. Account ID is the unique identifier of the VIP account. When the account ID is bound to both the email account and the third-party account, the VIP is universal; when the account ID is bound to the email account or the third-party account, the VIP benefits are only applied to the login account that is bound to the account ID.

8. If you need to add more devices, you can buy the volume licensing service.

Part 3. Change the Computer that Enjoys VIP Rights and Interests

When you decide to cancel the corresponding VIP rights and interests on certain computer, you need to provide the corresponding information and follow the following process:

Step 1. Provide a payment screenshot or other information that can prove your purchase so we can ensure that it is you who is operating it;

Step 2. Provide the account ID, which is the digital ID generated when you registered your account;

Step 3. Submit the above information to our support and explain your needs;

Note: After submitting the information, the staff will cancel your rights and interests for the original device within three working days. You can use the original device normally during the cancellation period; after the three working days, the staff will contact you, and you only need to log in again on the new device later.

Part 4. Subscription and Refund about VIP Benefits

Our VIP benefits will go into effect after the purchase. After you purchase the VIP service, a VIP icon will be added to your account and the specific VIP validity period will be displayed. If your VIP membership does not go into effect, you can wait for two minutes or log out and log into your VIP account again, or follow the instructions to activate your VIP account. when you request a refund for some reason, our company has the right to cancel the VIP benefits of your account after the refund.

Part 5. Restrictions for the Use of VIP Member Account

Our software VIP membership account is not allowed to be sublet, resold, loaned, donated, borrowed, transferred, or sold for a fee or free of charge, or otherwise permitted to be used by non-initial registrants. Our company has the right to judge and handle the above-mentioned behaviors by ourselves, and you shall bear any responsibilities arising therefrom. At the same time, our company reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibilities of the people who committed the behaviors above.

Part 6. Modification and Update

Our company has the right to modify this agreement when it is necessary according to laws and regulations, including formulating and publishing other policies, rules, and announcements in a timely manner. The updated terms of the agreement will replace the original agreement. You can check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant page. After this agreement is modified, if you continue to use your account, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you have the right to stop using your account.
